The 10,000 Families Cohort (10KFS). Environmental exposures with carcinogenic potential are a concern to individuals living in Minnesota, including poly- and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), glyphosate (RoundUp), and radon. The impact of these exposures may be especially relevant for populations that have been typically under-represented in existing cohort studies, such as individuals living in rural areas, racial/ethnic minorities, and immigrants. This cohort study will investigate these relevant exposures and risk of malignancy.
